Download our app for free from Google Play or App Store, register and activate an account with your
phone number. Once you have an active account, you would be able to locate and unlock a GoBike.
For safety purposes, We strongly recommend that you wear a helmet while riding on a bike.
When you open the app, it would show GoBikes around you.
Using your smartphone, scan the QR code on the bike, select subscription type and unlock.
If none of the above reasons is the case, kindly open your GoBike app, click on Report an Issue and
send a message containing the problem you encountered with the Bike’s ID number. The ID number
can be located on the Bike’s lock or you can Contact Us.
To avoid an accident, we strongly recommend that you ride with the flow of traffic, we recommend
that you ride in bike lanes when available.
Properly park the bike, pull down the lock’s slider and click on Submit bike.
Switch off and on your phone’s Bluetooth and Scan the QR code again to unlock the bike.
Uninstall the app from your phone and reinstall app.

The app shows geofenced designated areas that you can park the bike. Properly place the bike in the
dock, pull down the lock’s slider and click the Submit Bike button to end the trip and also pull down
the bike’s stander to enable the bike stand on its own. Please, do not park in private properties, on
the road and walkways.
Yes, there is a boundary that shows on the map, and it means you can only ride within the geofenced
area set up in agreement with your university and/or community.
Please go back to where you parked the bike, slide down the locker to lock the bike and also submit
the bike on your app.
